Every Sarasota Area Wedding Event and Location poses a myriad of different needs and requirements to consider.  

Note from the start,;

Building a tented wedding event safely and comfortably correct is more costly than having a reception in a venue. You are building your venue from ground up.

Tents can include;

Air conditioning, flooring, dance floors, ceiling drapery and lighting, tables and a variety of chair styles and linens, chill lounge furniture, tent sides and windows for privacy and rain protection, drapery and lighting in the ceiling. Electrical power, bathroom facilities and your caterers kitchen needs also must be considered.

On average a tented wedding event starts minimally around $10,000- $15,000 Our approach is to have all of the smart basics and weather possibilities considered with a solid and safely anchored framed tent.  

We see the approach that others take....and know that It's a gamble to plan a tented event of any size in a cheaper or less comfortable way,  mostly without consideration of the weather possibilities in our area!

I very much want to let everyone know what a great experience we had with Allan Zuckerman and his organization, but the problem is how to not to use too many superlatives.... 

 My daughter, Sarah, had very little time to help with the planning, as she was finishing her Master's Degree in Minnesota the whole time. But her dream was a beach wedding on Anna Maria Island in Florida. So the bulk of the project fell on my shoulders. 

I cannot tell you how lucky I was to find Allan Z on a Google search. During the planning stage, his responsiveness and insight into what we wanted was very impressive. He got the feel of what we wanted and totally guided us to just the right way to accomplish it, which turned out to be substantially different than what we had originally envisioned. 

His recommendations of the Beach House Restaurant and Shawn Rhoten were perfect, as were his recommendations of Ukelele Jim, DJ Jorge and Rick's Photography. Allan coordinated all the efforts of these people along with Shawn, the event coordinator at the Beach House flawlessly! 

Everyone really cared that we have an incredible experience and that is what they delivered even above and beyond what we expected. 

I highly recommend Allan, Shawn and all of these folks if you are planning an event in Florida. Cost: Much less than a Minnesota wedding. Value of seeing your daughter's dream come true: PRICELESS!
