Allan Z prefers to act as your officiant! Officiant services are included with our decor packages (at no extra cost to you) to provide a complete answer to your ceremony needs
Hire Allan with the intent to use him as your officiant and ceremony event organizer and you will get the most out of the services we offer.
Additionally consider using our decor services for your Reception; Drapery, up-lighting, centerpieces, table design, music and photography services.
Our expertise can be delivered throughout your entire event. Hire us fully, and you won't need a planner!
Allan does not co-officiate...however there are many opportunities for special guests and even kids to be included in the ceremony with readings, participation and more, just ask!
Our Brand New "Envoi Pro" will deliver music and voice for up to 250 people.
Allan uses a Shure Handheld Wireless Mic and controls the music while delivering the ceremony on his iPad Pro.
Our Clean White Padded Chairs are NEW. They are never used for food service, or stored outside, so they remain sparkling new, blemish and rip free.
Beyond the 40 chairs included with our decor packages, additional chairs are just $5 each.
We offer many other chair styles at additional cost. But clean padded white folding chairs, used only for wedding ceremonies are our standard.
We have 100 on hand and can always get more.
For our beach wedding packages....
A safe place and landing station to leave belongings, with two chairs to sit on while removing shoes.
Grab a bottle of Ice cold water from the provided cooler of bottled water.
Pick up a shell for the shell toss after the ceremony.
We supply a few small baskets for any give-away-items if needed.
One basket becomes a place to deposit any garbage so our beaches remain clean and safe for wildlife.
We Comb the sand to highlight your wedding area, the aisle is smoothed as well. The first guests to arrive see the effect the best.
We try to keep the aisle fresh and un-walked upon for the processional.
The setting is usually ready for our photographer about 30 minutes before you arrive. I always try to text a picture to you as we finish the set-up on your big day.
For our beach wedding packages....
We always bring a good amount of bottled water kept on ice.
A cooler will await your guests next to the entrance sitting area at your Sarasota Beach Wedding.
Your chosen music is provided for Processional and Recessional.
Sand ceremony includes our own special selection of accompanying music.
Music starts a few minutes before the wedding and ends about 10 mins after the ceremony.
We are happy to deliver your first dance on the beach.
Our White Carpet Aisle Runner goes best with our Modern Canopy Designs .....but if you want to wiggle your toes in the sand, we will happily comb the sand instead.
It's all about your style.
Carpet is not used when it's raining, drizzling or if wet ground occurs.
We have a special white carpet aisle runner for inside events as well - no sand stuck to it.
We bring live greenery from our own gardens to accent many areas around the ceremony set up.
Entrance areas, Canopy bases, sitting area, and freestanding signs, are all given a special touch to make your setting as photogenic as it can be along every step of the way.
Our canopies are delivered complete. Concept styling continues on the aisle chairs.
Our most popular white silk florals provide a neutral frame for your wedding pictures.
People often lean in to smell them...good quality always.
On request we've added additional flourishes of colors into our floral designs.
In our opinion, a neutral canopy is the best to supply a sort of "picture frame" of your event.
The live flowers in your hands will allow you to be the pop of color in the scene
Sometimes white silk flowers just don't hit the mark.
Red Florals work best for a Tommy Bahama Style wedding with our Bamboo Canopy or Modern Canopy
Our red tropical silk flowers simply offers another option within the package price.
Styling will continue onto aisle chairs, and is available in place of our white floral design.
In place of florals or in combination;
For a more beachy theme, we will happily add a variety of Starfish and shells to your canopy, aisle chairs, and more.
Some weddings have opted for NO flowers at all, using our shell decor entirely. Some have requested no shells....

For our beach wedding packages....
I try to mark your wedding on the beach using a few chalk signs that distinguish the start time and your names associated with your wedding.
In some cases locations are hidden.
On peak dates, multiple Sarasota Weddings can occur on the same beach, so your arriving guests won't be confused as to which wedding is yours
I set a trail of signs to easily distinguish when and where your wedding will be.
For our beach wedding packages....
I have a series of appropriate signs that add substance, presence and character to any wedding set-up.
They lean more toward casual beach themed weddings and are in the style as shown.

No need to micromanage...we'll bring the right ones that reflect your wedding,

As you enter and later exit your ceremony aisle, we usually enhance the area by combining gates, aisle flourishes, signs and greenery
Each of our decor designs includes a few flourishes to enhance your photos along every step of the way.
Live bouquets from a florist can often run over $200.
A few beach wedding clients have used freshmarket flower bouquets bought for as little as $20.
It's all about what's important to you!
We always suggest the bride to arrive with a live bouquet, however....
We do have a small assortment of white bouquets to borrow if needed. (One is shown above.)
We will reconfirm your desires at the final review before your ceremony.
We usually keep just two on hand.
There are so many ways to make your wedding unique.
Throwing beach balls instead of rice is just one of many ideas. We've seen them all; Bubbles, fans, programs, and a ton of incentive items.
To be honest....on the beach, programs and bubbles in our opinion, are a waste of money.
Bubbles keep people from clapping at the end of your ceremony and kids spill them on the chairs.
Printed programs are more often left behind and if you thought you needed a fan and I agreed...we'd both be wrong LOL.

We are happy to steer you in the right direction in answer to any request. E-mail is always responded to quickly. Calls M-TH are welcome up to 11pm.
On a M-TH at 10:30am, a few days before your wedding, I will meet you for a final review at your location if you desire.
We don't need a rehearsal, but your comfort and confidence is my goal.
We will stamp your documents, collect any final balance due, and calmly make sure that all details are confirmed and set to be delivered exactly as you wish.
I can also conduct a rehearsal at that time, or teach you how to conduct your own rehearsal to match your own schedule.
I do not attend rehearsals scheduled the night before your event, nor on a Friday-Sunday without additional fees. ( That's ...If we are even available! ) I usually do weddings on these days.
I reserve the day before your event for our own final preparation and loading the truck.
My presence at your (walking-in and walking-out) rehearsal is usually unnecessary.
If meeting in person is NOT possible, a phone call with the bride and groom will easily deliver all that's necessary.
On your day, we are a team of two directing the ceremony event from all angles to ensure everyone's comfort.
We will make sure that your party and guests are always in the right place at the right time.
We have a number of tables that coordinate with our decor packages.
We actually wear them out and replace them often. I'm sorry that you can't pick your specific table out from pictures but....
Our tables are the perfect height, and are pretty enough to not require a tablecloth fluttering in the wind.
I will always bring the best table that matches your decor style and ceremonial needs.
I'm a licensed Florida Notary. My handling of money is vetted as honest, and I have no criminal background.
I am happy to hand deliver your marriage license to the Clerk in Manatee or Sarasota County.
Beyond that I have nothing to hide...and have no reason to hide from anyone....you already have my home address.
I will send you a questionnaire upon hire. It will define your desires and give me the material I need to personalize your event.
Your wedding ceremony will be delivered in writing, well in advance, and can be edited further.
Your ceremony will become exactly as you wish.
Let's not complicate things!
I am not your "full event wedding planner" unless I am additionally hired to be part of your reception event.
When I work with you solely on your wedding ceremony, there's little additional planning needed. Your connection with your reception venue in another location is on your own.
Our wedding ceremony details are fully outlined on our website.
Unless hired for your reception decor additionally, our focus is only on your ceremony.
On the day we will be present to manage your wedding ceremony completely and autonomously.
We cover all aspects of your arrival area, the ceremony space and delivery of the ceremony itself.
There's no need to involve any seperately hired day planners to direct our services, we are self directed.
When we are involved additionally with your reception decor and setting; table design, lighting and drapery decor....etc... That portion of your event will also become fully organized in the same fashion.
We are a small team.
Using our services for both the reception and ceremony requires the entire event to occur in one event location.
We have several event spaces that we can recommend that logistically allow us to be involved in both your beach (or garden ceremony) followed by a venue reception.
If you initially need help with figuring out the right reception location, feel free to call. I'll happily make suggestions.
Will I run you around to locations like a realtor???..."Nope!"

I deliver equally well; Christian, Catholic, Baptist and Protestant, Bilingual Spanish-English, and English-Hebrew, Bahai, and Gay Sarasota wedding ceremonies.

I will deliver your Sarasota Wedding Ceremony with respect and authenticity to your respective religion, and in a way that positively reflects your connection to your family and friends.
We will happily add scripture and religious excerps into your ceremony that we deliver, but we simply do not co-officiate.
We love when friends are given the honor of delivering a reading within your ceremony,
However.......
If you feel that someone else needs to step in to co-officiate by delivering the religious portions or the pronouncement of marriage within your ceremony....It's obvious that you don't trust us to fully do the job.
In these cases....
We are happy to supply the decor and music while we allow your minister or friend to deliver the entire ceremony.
There's no discounts.
We won't teach your friend how to do the job.
And in our opinion you've lost the experience that we bring to the table.
It's all up to you. If you desire a different officiant...the answer is "Yes."
